Services · 6 practices

Strategic intelligence, delivered to a schedule.

Six practices, one operating model. Every engagement pairs a research lead with a domain analyst, ships to a fixed calendar, and comes with the data workings — not just the deck.

How we work

Four steps. No black boxes.

Every practice below runs the same core loop — the only thing that changes is the evidence stack and the specialists on the call.

  1. 01

    Scope

A 60-minute call to lock the decision this work needs to support. We refuse briefs where the decision isn't clear — you'll get a rewrite, not a proposal.

  2. 02

    Evidence

Analysts pull structured data first (databases, filings, trade flows), then run primary conversations to close the gaps. Every source is logged.

  3. 03

    Synthesis

One senior lead assembles the argument. Charts are drawn from workings we ship — no screenshots, no borrowed slides.

  4. 04

    Handover

Deck, data workbook, source log and a working call. Follow-up questions for 30 days, no extra fee.

The six practices.

The questions buyers ask before signing an SOW.

Five things we field most from new clients. Straight answers on scope, timing, staffing, deliverables and pricing.

  1. 01 Fit

When should a client pick a syndicated report over a custom engagement?

Syndicated reports fit when the question is "size, players, forecast" for a standard industry cut. A custom engagement is warranted the moment the decision requires country-specific regulatory nuance, an unusual segment split, or supplier-level negotiation intelligence.

  2. 02 Cadence

What's a realistic timeline for a first deliverable?

We move as quickly as the evidence allows — most engagements complete in one to two weeks. Week one is scoping, primary evidence collection and an interim read with the client; week two is synthesis and final delivery. Every timeline is tailored to the decision on the table, so we compress or extend the calendar to match your commercial deadline without compromising the workings.

  3. 03 Team

Who actually does the work on our engagement?

One senior research lead owns the argument end-to-end and joins every call. Two to four domain analysts assemble the evidence stack. We do not staff engagements with rotating juniors — the person on your first call is the person who signs the final deliverable.

  4. 04 Deliverables

What comes with the final report beyond the slides?

Every engagement ships the raw workings: the data workbook (Excel/CSV), the source log with links, a written methodology note, and a 60-minute analyst call. Follow-up questions for 30 days are included, not billed.

  5. 05 Pricing

How is pricing structured — hours or fixed-fee?

Fixed-fee, scoped to a specific decision, with the deliverable list and calendar written into the SOW. We do not run open-ended retainer clocks. Change requests get a written re-scope, not a surprise invoice.

The Exactitude perspective on strategic intelligence.

How we think about the next decade of research, the philosophy behind our engagements, and what "precision as a standard" means in practice.

01

Strategic Intelligence Services: Architecting Your Next Decade (2026–2036)

In a global economy defined by volatility, the most dangerous risk is an information gap. At Exactitude Consultancy, a member of the Ameliorate Group (ADCPL), we don't just deliver data; we provide the Strategic Architecture required to master the next decade of industry.

Our services are designed to simplify the complex. By operating in tandem with our sister brand, Market Insights Reports, we provide a dual-lens perspective that combines high-frequency data tracking with deep-dive technical advisory.

02

Our Service Philosophy: Beyond Information, Toward Implementation

We recognize that the world has become too interconnected to look at any single service in a vacuum. Whether you require a syndicated report or a full-time engagement, our approach is rooted in the Value Chain Methodology. We analyze how a shift in semiconductor supply (Upstream) will redefine surgical robotics (Midstream) and ultimately impact patient outcomes (Downstream).
