    How quickly do you respond?

    Every enquiry lands in front of a named analyst within one business day. If you've marked it urgent, the desk lead is copied and you'll hear back the same day.

    Yes. A 30-minute scoping call is free and comes with no obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether an existing report answers your question or whether a custom engagement is warranted.

    Is there a minimum project size?

    We take engagements from single-market brief reviews up to multi-country, multi-year retainers. If it doesn't fit our model, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you something else.

    How do you handle NDAs and confidentiality?

    Mutual NDAs are executed before any client-specific information is exchanged. Client identities, engagement scope and results are not shared publicly without written consent.
